Flou, a synergy with I.F.O.
Flou SpA, a historic design furniture company founded in Meda in 1978, has acquired 20% of the shares of Italian Fit Out (IFO), a company specialising in turnkey projects for the luxury contract and residential sectors. As reported by La Provincia, this transaction represents a strategic partnership that aims to create a reference group in the luxury sector, combining the quality and iconic design of Flou with the technical and management experience of IFO.
IFO, founded in 2013, is distinguished by the use of innovative materials and a global presence with branches in strategic cities such as Monte Carlo, Dubai, New York and Singapore. The synergy between the two companies, as Flou chairman Massimiliano Messina emphasises, will enable them to better meet the needs of ultra-luxury customers by offering integrated and customised solutions. Alberto Beretta, co-founder of IFO, emphasised the importance of this partnership, which elevates the international standing of both companies.
The agreement not only enhances IFO's international development but also consolidates Flou's position as a leader in luxury design, strengthening the Made in Italy brand on the global stage.
